A well-established litigation firm is seeking skilled attorneys with deep experience in defending commercial motor carriers. This opportunity includes both in-office and remote work options (140 or 90 billable hs), along with flexible compensation structures designed to match your experience and preferences.  30-day mandatory in-office training.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in personal injury defense litigation.

• Strong background in representing commercial trucking or motor carrier clients.

• Proven ability to manage complex cases from initial stages through resolution.

• Demonstrated leadership in depositions, hearings, and mediations.

• Must be licensed to practice in Texas and currently reside in the state.
