Employment Law Senior Attorney

What You'll Own

• Full-cycle PAGA litigation: strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement, and trial
• Advisory work helping clients stay ahead of California labor/employment risk and PAGA exposure
• Real-time tracking of PAGA case law and regulatory shifts, turned into actionable client guidance
• Client relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and sound counsel
• Business development: presentations, networking, and new-client growth
• Mentorship of junior attorneys and staff, with oversight of work product and case outcomes

What You Bring

• 10 years of Employment Law experience, primarily on the defense side. 
• Active, good-standing California State Bar license
• J.D. required
• Recent, hands-on defense experience with PAGA claims and class actions
• Public entity defense experience a plus
• Sharp research, analytical, and negotiation instincts
• Strong written/verbal communication and a proactive case-management style
