We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Business Analyst to join the HIM, Coding, and Abstraction department. This role will serve as a strategic partner to both internal and external stakeholders—translating business needs into effective technology and analytics solutions across complex healthcare data platforms. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of experience, strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery, and excels at facilitating solution design, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, experience in healthcare delivery environments, and a strong command of workflow management tools like JIRA. A bachelor’s degree in informatics, analytics, or a related field is required.

We can only considered candidates who can work on W2 or 1099.
