We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Hybris migration projects. This role is critical to ensuring seamless migration and system optimization while minimizing business disruption. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with both local teams in the SF Bay Area and counterparts in Korea.

Contract Period: 07/07/2025 – 6/30/2026

Work Location: SF bay area or Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Hybris Migration Projects: Oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of Hybris platform migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to drive collaboration and ensure project success.

• Migration Strategy Development: Design and implement effective migration strategies to preserve data integrity, maintain system compatibility, and minimize operational disruptions.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Manage all testing phases (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure smooth migration and system functionality.

• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, developing effective mitigation and contingency plans.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs, providing regular status updates to all key stakeholders.

• Global Collaboration: Support the SF Bay Area team and participate in meetings aligned with Korea's time zone as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in program management or related roles.

• Proven client-facing experience.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with eCommerce platforms; Hybris experience is a strong plus.

• Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is required.
