WMS Project Manager (SAP WM/LE module) - 4000088001

We are seeking an experienced WMS Project Manager to lead a critical migration project, transitioning our client’s SAP WMS to their proprietary platform, Cello. This role is part of a larger task force (T/F) and requires a dynamic leader capable of managing a small team, driving project scopes, and serving as a subject matter expert in SAP WMS.

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Contract Period: 7/15/2025 – 6/30/2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a WMS sub-team within the larger project task force.

• Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and the HQ team in South Korea.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope, objectives, timelines, and risk assessments.

• Track project milestones, budgets, testing progress, and issue resolution.

• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP WMS and support system analysis, including ABAP code review when needed.

• Conduct As-Is assessments and consult on To-Be solutions.

• Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings with international and domestic teams.

Requirements:

• Experience: 9+ years of relevant experience, including project management and SAP WMS expertise.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is required to coordinate between California-based clients and South Korea HQ.

• Technical Knowledge: SAP WM or LE module experience required; ABAP code reading preferred.

• Leadership: Proven experience managing teams, with strong accountability and problem-solving skills.

• Project Management: Deep understanding of project management methodologies, resource planning, and time management.

• Collaboration: Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work in highly collaborative environments.

• Travel: Must be open to domestic and international travel as needed.
