Senior Manager

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager will oversee multiple engagements in tax, accounting, and advisory services. This individual will act as a strategic partner to both clients and internal leadership, playing a pivotal role in managing staff, reviewing work, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review tax engagements (individual, corporate, partnership)

• Supervise and coach a team of accountants and associates

• Act as a primary advisor to clients on tax planning, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives

• Review compiled and prepared financial statements

• Identify opportunities for additional client services and cross-selling

• Assist partners with firm development initiatives and process improvements

Requirements:

• 10–20 years of public accounting experience, with recent experience at a large CPA firm preferred

• CPA required; MST or MBA a plus

• Demonstrated leadership and staff management experience

• Deep knowledge of complex tax structures, closely held business operations, and HNW individuals

• Strong project management and client communication skills

• Proficiency with tax and accounting software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, QuickBooks, Excel)
